Karate Classes are structured to suit all ages ,grades shapes and sizes . We teach children from the age of 5 . First year is co - ordination and strengthening and getting to be a team player.
The students are introduced to a syllabus that is of a high standard. Karate exams or grading,s are held twice a year

There are 4 karate classes a night. Classes in Tableview and Parklands area is on Tuesday and Thursday .All new students are welcome
First class starts at 6.00pm for the 5 - 7 year olds .Call 0828762516 for more information on how to enroll your child for 2010.

Seiwa Kai was founded by Shuji Tazaki Hanshi 8th dan former top student of Gogen Yamaguchi of the IKGA. Today Tazaki Hanshi is a vice president on the JKF Gojukai executive and holds a 8th Dan in Seiwa Kai and the JKF Gojukai .
The JKF Gojukai is home to several major Goju Ryu Associations in Japan. Seiwa Kai is one of the International karate Associations affiliated to the JKFGK. ________________________
JKFGK instructors are frequently attending karate seminars across the world improving the standard of Goju Ryu internationally.
Leo Lipinski 8th Dan is the Senior instructor that keeps South Africa updated with the latest karate training methods and standards
Ben Mare Shihan 7th Dan is the Chief instructor for South Africa and resides in Durban - Natal
Peter Klipfel is the chief instructor for Western Cape and the Tableview and Brackenfell instructor
